Will dated Nov 9, 1713 - Dec 26 1713 left 250 acres, Whitaker's Ridge to sons John and Charles, rights to Enlargement to sons Peter and Abraham. 150 acres Whitaker's Ridge to son Isaac and unborn children. named admin; wife Elizabeth and daughters Elizabeth, Sarah, and Hannah. admin bond posted Jan 14, 1714 by John Whitaker with Thomas Preston and William Bond. Estate was inventoried by Thomas Bond and William Howard on Jan 26, 1713 and valued at 99.3.3 pounds. With Daniel and Elizabeth Scott as kin; estate was admin on March 16, 1713
