  • He married at Hillsdale, New York, on Jan. 2, 1788 Mary Covell or Scoville (b. Aug. 25, 1772 in Philips Patting, New York, dau. of Zaccheus, who came from England and settled on Cape Cod, and Mary Wooden of Hillsdale, New York; died Aug. 25, 1837 in Medina and was buried there)

Mr. Winslow was left to the care of his oldest brother, by his father, at the time of his death. He was one of the pioneer settlers of Williston, Vt., and an earnest Christian; was one of the first deacons elected in the Congregational Church, and held the office 42 years. Farmer.

Resided in Willison, Vermont; Granville and Medina, Ohio.
