Jonathan Ellms. Born on 27 Sep 1663 in Scituate, MA.14 Jonathan died in Feb 1741/2 in Scituate, MA.

“Jonathan settled between Great Swamp and mount Hope, which farm has been since occupied by his son Joseph, born 1701: and Joseph, son of the datter, born 1732, and died 1821—and his son Nathaniel—and now [1831] by Thomas and Nathaniel sons of Nathaniel, who are the fourth generation of that place.”50

On 24 May 1693 when Jonathan was 29, he married Patience Spurr, daughter of Robert Spurr (-16 Aug 1703) & Ann [Spurr] (-12 Dec 1712), in Milton, MA.14 Born on 27 May 1664 in Dorchester, MA.
