after his mother died.
After Joseph Allen's 2nd wife, Ann Catherine House (Taylor) died,
he apparently went to live with his only surviving child, Frances
R.Hudnall
and her husband Chambers Irvin Maxey at Tallmadge, Summit, OH.
Joseph Allen died at age of almost 101 years, of myocarditis. He has
the Masonic emblem on his tombstone.
