- O'CONNELL. Joseph B. "Ben" O'Connell of Doylestown, PA, formerly of Connecticut, died Monday (Feb. 26, 1996). Husband of Beverly (Baker) O'Connell; father of Timothy M. and Karen H. O'Connell; brother of Daniel P. O'Connell, Mary Ann Maggitti and the late Dr. Paul B. O'Connell. He is also survived by his parents, Joseph B. and Helene MacDonald O'Connell and many beloved nieces, nephews and in-laws. Relatives and friends are invited to the Memorial Mass Friday March 1, 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, East State St., Doylestown, PA. Friends will be received Thursday from 6-9 p.m. at the Shelly Funeral Home, 1460 Easton Road, Warrington PA. If desired, memorials in Ben's name may be sent to the American Heart Association, 408 E. 4th St., Bridgeport, PA 19405."
