The sittings of the Divorce and Matrimonial Court commenced yesterday. There is an unusually heavy list-no fewer than 12 cases having been set down for trial. Of these four were disposed of yesterday. In Buller v. Buller, and Payne v. Payne, the husbands sued for divorces on the ground of the misconduct of their wives, and in both instances the petitions were granted.
