His results:
Western Atlantic Modal Haplotype:
WAMH (The most common Y-DNA haplotype found in Europe).
Y DNA: = Parent haplogroup: R-M269
'''Haplogroup R-U106''' - is the descendant of the major R-P25 (aka R-M343) lineage.
It is found from Eastern Europe to its highest frequency in Central Europe and the British Isles.
Defining mutations: M269:
Haplogroup R-M269, also known as '''R1b1a1a2''', is a sub-clade of human Y-chromosome haplogroup R1b. It is of particular interest for the genetic history of Western Europe. It is defined by the presence of SNP
marker M269.
Confirmed NEW Subgroup haplogroup: R-ZP200
Age: 25,000 Region: Western Europe; low frequencies in Turkey, and the Northern Fertile Crescent.
His mtDNA Haplogroup - U2b
His mtDNA: = '''+ U2b1''' '''(and I do not know why Geni is just taking his results showing it as U2b - after uploading?)'''
Origins of U2:
The mitochondrial super-haplogroup U encompasses haplogroups U1-U8 and haplogroup K. Haplogroup U2 is found distributed in the Near East and Europe, though it is maintained a rather low frequency throughout. This sparse, yet widespread, dissemination, when combined with the presence of an allied haplogroup found in India, suggests that haplogroup U2 is very old, and was likely an early lineage of the super-haplogroup U, which arose greater than 50,000 years ago.

Still learning what this all means!
NOTE: His connection with :Frans Edward Prins, (b. O'Brien) SV/PROG: Frans Edward Prins, (b. O'Brien) SV/PROG
Frans Edward Prins, (b. O'Brien) SV/PROG is Joseph Philippus (Seph) Greyling's second great grandfather.
Joseph Philippus (Seph) Greyling → Frans Eduard Greyling (his father) → Martha Elizabeth Greyling (born Prins) (his mother) → Frans Edward Prins (her father) → Frans Edward Prins, (b. O'Brien) SV/PROG (his father)'
NOTE:'His Jooste connection (through Hester Margaritha Jooste x Wolhuter) : Rev Jozef Philippus Wolhuter
Note: Rev Jozef Philippus Wolhuter is Joseph Philippus (Seph) Greyling's first cousin twice removed:
Joseph Philippus (Seph) Greyling → Laurentia Josephina Greyling (born Kok), his mother→ Jozef Philippus Kok, her father → Maria Dorothea Margaretha Jooste, his mother → Hester Margaritha Wolhuter, her sister → Rev Jozef Philippus Wolhuter , her son
