Joseph was born at home and was very sick with the Cholera .He had to be held at all times and Aunt Maggie Powers Sullivan would come over and hold Joseph so Mama Mary Ellen McNeil Powers could take care of the rest of the children.They said Joseph looked like an Angel and he never cried.It was the time of the epededimic going around.Aunt Maggie was Papa"s sister..and Mama would hold Joseph at night.until his death.
