Joseph STARLING was born c1824 Littlebury, Essex, UK (son of William STARLING and Susan ?)
Joseph married Catherine Mary Brignell and they had the following children
- William Henry 1850 Catherine died in 1851
Joseph married Keziah Nash in October1853 and they had a son Sydney
Joseph and family emigrated to Australia arriving in Sydney Cove in July 1855 on "Constitution". Sydney died on the voyage.
After arriving in Australia, Joseph and Kezia had the following children
- Mary Ann 1856
After Kezia died in 1857, Joseph married Sarah RUTTER / PATER in 1857 at Liverpool
Joseph died 1906 at Bowral
NOTE: there is some reference to Joseph being married 3 times.
