About Joyce K Reynolds
Joyce K. Reynolds was one of the original team that built the Internet.
While working at ISI (from 1979) with Jon Postel, she formed the original IANA team, which managed registrations for the early Internet, and was instrumental in the practical efforts of transferring the function to ICANN upon ICANN's creation in 1998.

She served (with Jon) as the RFC Editor.
She received the Jonathan B. Postel service award in 2006 for her services to the Internet.
