He states that he wishes to be buried in the Parrish Church and that he is married to María de la Rocha who had no dowry. Their children are José (deceased), Pedro, María, Juana, Lucía, Nicolasa, Inés, Antonia, Francisco, and Juan. He names his children's spouses and sets forth his debts and his bequests. Dated 19 October 1688, Hacienda of Saint Nicolas, jurisdiction of Monterrey.
