The Nobiliario of Pedro Conde de Barcelos names "D. Juana Gomez" as the child of "D. Gomes Gonçalez Giron" and his wife "Doña Aldara Anez", recording in an earlier passage that "D. Nuño Gonçalez de Lara" married "D. Juana Gomez" and that the couple was childless[1205]. The testament of "Nuño Gonzalez", dated 15 Jan 1286, names "doña Joanna Gomez mi muger…don Joan mi hermano"[1206].
