Judith Cowper married Richard Bourne, son of William Bourne and Margaret Ryse, in 1599/0 at London, Middlesex, England. He was a grocer of London.

1 On her husband's death, Judith (Cowper) Bourne married secondly, Thomas Hill.

According to a detailed history of her grandson, James Masters, Judith Hill died at Fulham, (London), England about 1653. Judith left James "£5, in token of remembrance."[4]

She died in 1664.2
