Some research is needed for this thought. I have a photo of my grandmother Anna Schlaffer Oswald at the age of about 12 with her parents and siblings. There is an additional unknown woman and girl in this photo. Could they be Julianna Schnalczer Fasching (sister of my great-grandmother Clara Schnalczer Schlaffer) and her daughter Agatha Fasching. My Aunt Anna Oswald Wagner once said that there was an Agatha in the family. Anna thought that Agatha was a sister to Anna Schlaffer Oswald; however, a paper trail does not support that. On the other hand, a paper trail does support that an Agatha Fasching was Anna Schlaffer Oswald's first cousin. The unknown girl in the photo is of the correct age to be Agatha and therefore the unknown woman might be Julianna Schnalczer Fasching. If this is the case, these two would be the grandmother and great-grandmother of my 3rd cousin, Frann Knopf Bonomo, our common ancestors being Laurentius Schnalczer and Julianna Pinter. Frann is also my 2nd cousin through our common ancestor of Clara Schnalczer (Julianna's sister) and Wendelin Schlaffer. I need to contact Frann and send her a copy of the photo to see if she has a similar photo or another of Julianna Schnalczer Fasching and Agatha Fasching prior to 1900. Wouldn't it be great if I could identify these two people in the photo?
