Julie Leveille

Julie had a child, John with John Johnston in 1852. SFX Baptismal Records:
Johnson, John: B-40, John Johnson, baptized 20 November 1852, age 4 days, father unknown, son of Julie McKenzie, Godfather: Joseph Laroque, Godmother: Marguerite Grant, J. B. Thibault priest. (Volume 2, page 64)

She more than likely had an affair with John Johnston. Pierre Leveille was well into his 60's at this time in 1852 and he died in 1876 at the age of 89. John Jr. took the name Leveille, as he grew up in the household. He was known as John Johnston Leveille.
