Kalman Rajs was born in Bychawa, Poland in 1904 to David and Khaia. He was a merchant and married to Mindel nee Erlikh. Prior to WWII he lived in Bychawa, Poland. During the war he was in Bychawa, Poland.

Kalman was murdered in the Shoah (according to this source).
