KAREN SUE HOFFMAN, 57, of West Covina, Calif., passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2012, in Denver, Colo. with family at her side. She was born in Fort Wayne. She is survived by sisters, Janis (Greg) Riker, Joyce Hoffman and Kay Murphy; and brothers, Darrel Hoffman and Neal (Cyndi) Hoffman. She was preceded in death by her father, Donald G. Hoffman; mother, Nova J. Hoffman; and brother, Dale A. Hoffman. A private family memorial service and burial will be held in August at Covington Memorial Cemetery, Fort Wayne.
