• תקצא ל denotes the Jewish year of 5591, secular year 1830-1831
• שבעות denotes the holiday of Shavuot, which falls on the Hebrew dates of 6-7 Sivan, which in 5591 was 18-19 May, 1831.
• של שבעות means "of Shavuot" which would ordinarily be preceded by an א for the first day or a ב for the second day.
• אח is not a combination that is ordinarily used to denote a numerical value. It means "brother" which does not make sense in this context. Numerically א denotes 1, while ח denotes 8.
• The owners of both databases conclude that this means the date is 8 Sivan, or 20 May 1831.
• The Brno database/spreadsheet also designates the date in Czech / transliterated Hebrew as "Isru chag Šavuot 5591"
