6 July 1739: Extract assignation by Katherine Gibson, only surviving daughter of the deceased Mr John Gibson, sometime minister at Evie in Orkney, and Jean Sinclair, his spouse, to Alexander Gibson, her brother, of her third part of the principal sum (4000 merks) contained in a heritable bond (26 November 1723) by George Sinclair, 3rd of Brabster, furth of the lands of Brabstermyre, Slickly, Scullary and fields of Brabster. Discharge thereof by Mr Alexander Gibson to George Sinclair, 3rd of Brabster on 17 September 1755.
