Katherine Buller and James Parker married on the 31st of December, 1616 at St. Stephens by Saltash, Cornwall, England.The records of their children only list three, but there's a fourteen year gap between their marriage and the birth of Richard Parker so it is possible there are more:

There was no will found for James Parker, but there was one for Katherine. She was of Warleggan, widow, and she left 2 shilling to her son William Parker, 1 shilling to her daughter Cordelia Father, widow, 20 shillings to her daughter Mary Lower, and all the rest of her goods and chattel to her daughter Jane Parker, who she also made the executrix. This will was made 23 April 1686.
