Kathleen J Shutt

Katie was born in Topeka on January 27th 1937, the daughter of Lewis and Alma Falley. She was an elementary school teacher for over 40 years and an alumnus of both Washburn University and Oklahoma State University. One of her favorite cities was Cincinnati Ohio, where she became a fan of Pete Rose and The Big Red Machine Cincinnati Reds. Katie loved collecting sand dollars on the gulf coast of Texas. Inspired by one of her favorite artist, Georgia O'keeffe, she spent her final years learning to paint and gardening.
