Kelley Ashby Paul (born 1963) is the wife of ophthalmologist and U.S. Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky, who was elected to the United States Senate. Kelley Paul has worked as a political consultant for The Strategy Group for Media and as a freelance writer, and has also published a book titled True and Constant Friends in April 2015.

Paul is a graduate of Rhodes College. She is actively engaged in fundraising for veterans charities, in addition to her work for a political consulting firm.
