Greese ( English Translation via Internet) at Wismar in Mecklenburg
Konrad von Randow (1888-1972) bought in 1913, the 315 ha large Greese for 620 000 gold marks. It is located seven miles southeast of Wismar.
The house will be built in 1922/23 with the architect Korff from Laage to two old vaulted rooms around, which were received during the demolition of the former farmhouse.
This is an oil painting of the Schwerin Malthner painter of autumn 1944, the Gabriele vR her husband, Konrad gave the silver wedding on 10/02/1945. The family let on 1 May 1945, shortly before the invasion of the Soviet Army, house and home in such good conditions. Then everything fell into the so-called socialist land reform and the subsequent mismanagement.
