No evidence to support a maiden name of Butler for Valentine, wife of Ludgate Sparks. She was not the daughter of William Butler, Esq., of Tyes and Margaret Mill.

This Valentine's reported date of birth conflicts with the dates of birth of her attached children. Either her date of birth is wrong, or her children's dates of birth are wrong, or both. Further research is warranted.

(July 2023: Removed dates seen of 1552-1602. They seem a mixup with Valentia Branch.)

Lady Valentyne Sparrowhawk Sparks appears to be a spurious duplication of this Valentine. Further research is warranted.
