Kyrkovaktaren fd. Korpralen Lars Hägg

Biography

Corporal Lars Hägg in Bromopropane Hultgreen Last autumn told Birgitta, she also wanted to start looking for their ancestors. Birgitta was born in the Stockholm area and which does of course not every week to settle on the library for genealogy research. She therefore subscribed to Genline, which proved to be good because she not only descended from Stockholm horizon, but also from both the Skaraborg Östergötland. One of Bridget ancestors (ff fmf) was a young man, Lars Pettersson, who was born August 16, 1789 in Vrå in Småland. Lars came to Korpklef of Östergötland in 1809 and worked there as a farmhand. But Lars had more views, and had acquired a girlfriend, Stina Lisa Blomqvist who was nine years younger and born in Kisa. Stina Lisa worked as a maid service in the Ship Mountains in Östergötland and they had plans to marry. Lars took solicitation as soldier after late YEOMAN Axel Hägg born in Kisa and took the soldier's house No 28 Orre Kullen (Carleby) 1809 Kisa parish. With the house came to Lars took over the name Hägg. So now could Stina Lisa and Lars Hägg marry. 1816 moved late YEOMAN Lars Hägg with his wife and two children, Catherine and Peter, to the soldier croft Hagstugan, Bromine Hultgreen in Kinda Municipality. Lars was now Ydre Company in Bromopropane Hultgreen rote. We have not yet become clear to us what war exercises Lars attended, but he was at home in Bromford Torpet sometimes and the family expanded by seven children, including twins Lovisa and Gustav, born 1827. The youngest daughter was born in 1832 and was named Anna Charlotta. Lars finished his soldier act June 21, 1845. After 36 years as corporal in Ydre company in First Livgrenadjärregementet he retired. The family then moved into the nearby house Tapiola when a new soldier would take over soldier croft Bromopropane Torpet. It was a difficult time, almost half of the inhabitants of the town of Kinda emigrated to North America and so did Lars and his youngest daughter Anna Charlotta in 1852. After a Stockholm Sweden we decided, Brigitta and I, that we would try to find Soldier Torpet Hagstugan in Bromopropane Hult, according Soldat register would be maintained. We passed Kisa, with its fine Emigrant Museum and then further Vimmerby road six or seven miles to Great Rothult, where we turn west into the small road to Bromopropane Hult. But the house was into the woods on the other side of the village. Thanks to local residents, farmers, who apparently had close to their house plots, we could pass a locked gate, with his clear instructions, we could finally find Hagstugan embedded in beautiful greenery near Lake Filter. Torpet was well, well-managed but the current owners were not there during our visit. - "It was a great feeling with a lot of history. To visit the place where the grandfather's grandmother's father had lived for 30 years with his family," says Birgitta after visit . Many questions remain. Why emigrated only the 63-year-old Lars with his daughter? Where did the rest of the family go? Where did they go in America? Hur länge levde de? Släktforskningen blir tydligen aldrig färdig. Hans Taremark How long did they live? Related research becomes apparently never completed.
