Laura Rossi

When Tommaso proposed his love, he siad these famous words in front of the Basilica di Santi Cosma e Damiano: "Laura, se io ti amassi, tu mi ameresti?" (Translation: "Laura, if I loved you, would you love me too?") As soon as he propsed his love in front of the church, she immediately ran away from the shock!! Needless to say, her parents were not too pleased either.

Laura is the oldest of Isidoro Saltarelli's daughters; Antonia (Wife of Andrea Sparagna, father of Alessandro Sparagna, husband of Fiorentina Gallucci, Grandma Teresa's mother, is the youngest. Thus the relationship between Antonio Petruccelli and Edelmira Ianniello.

Tommaso Rossi and Albina Rossi are brother and sister. Albina is the wife of Antonio Pepe.
