About Lena Altman
Obsequies
The funeral of Mrs. Lena Altman of this city was held at the synagogue of the house of Jacob in Utica on Monday at 3 p.m.and was attended by a large number of relatives and friends from Rome. Mrs. Altman was born in Russia in 1818 and came to this country seventeen years ago . She had been a resident of this city for the past seven years. She is survived by two sons , Max and Morris Altman of this city , and one daughter Mrs. Singer of New York.

Note: Her grave coukd not be found. Likely to the left of Louis Altman, (her grandson) and stone must have disintegrated. A small piece of stone was found at what is presumed to be her grave site.
