About Leninka Grbic
HUSBAND CHARGED Three Stabbed To Death (N.Z. Press Association) WHANGAREI, November 7. Findings of death from stab wounds were returned by the District Coroner (Mr W. L. Hughes) when the inquests into the deaths of Tony Pechar, aged 79, Mrs Marina Grbic, aged about 34, and Leninka Grbic, 14 months, were concluded on Friday. The only evidence taken was from Constable J. J. Corbett, of Ruawai. who described finding the bodies in a cottage on the Tokatoka Waiotira road on April 11. Mr M. F. P. Frankovich represented Ante Grbic, the husband of Marina Grbic, who has been charged with her murder and is at present a patient in the Oakleigh Mental Hospital, where he has been committed under the Mental Health Act until the pleasure of the Minister of Justice is known.
