Leo James Mulligan, b. May 23, 1910 in Swaledale, Cerro Gordo County, d. Apr. 19, 1961 in Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa; m. Elizabeth Rogge, b. in 1912, d. Dec. 26, 2002 in Peoria, Maricopa County, Arizona, daughter of Michael and Marie Zohorka Rogge.

Rites Saturday For Former Resident
Leo Mulligan, 50, Waterloo, formerly of Oelwein, died Wednesday at Schoitz Hospital in Waterloo. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Edward's Catholic church in Waterloo, with burial in Woodlawn cemetery, Oelwein.
Mr. Mulligan had been employed at the Montgomery Ward store in Oelwein before moving to Waterloo. He is survived by his widow, the former Elizabeth Rogge.
The rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Friday at O'Keefe and Towne funeral Home at Waterloo.

Mrs. Leonard Ring, Rockford, Ill., spent the weekend at the parental Frank Rogge and the John Trower homes. She was here to attend the funeral of Leo Mulligan on Saturday.
