Leo Schaufeld was born in Bielany, Poland in 1883 to Samuel and Berta nee Rauchberg. He was a businessman and married to Anna nee Dieubauer. Prior to WWII he lived in Usti nad Labem, Czechoslovakia. During the war he was in Otaslavice, Czechoslovakia. Deported with Transport Es from Theresienstadt,Ghetto,Czechoslovakia to Auschwitz Birkenau,Extermination Camp,Poland on 19/10/1944.
Leo was murdered in the Shoah.
