Leone (1476 - Milan 1496), between the end of 1495 and the beginning of 1496 married the young noblewoman Margherita Grassi,[125] already widow of his uncle Giulio Sforza, to whom he had given a son.[126] He died shortly after the wedding without having had offspring.[127] He is often confused with his 'cousin' of the same name, the latter abbot of San Vittore in Vigevano since 1495.
