לאופולד קרקואר (1890 - דצמבר 1954) היה אדריכל, וצייר. אחד מהאדריכלים הבולטים אשר פעלו בארץ ישראל מאמצע שנות העשרים. כמו כן, היה צייר פורה והציג ציורים ורישומים בתערוכות בישראל ובחו"ל.

נולד בווינה שבאוסטריה, ולמד בבית הספר הטכני הגבוה ובאקדמיה הקיסרית לאמנויות פלסטיות בווינה. עד מלחמת העולם הראשונה עבד במשרד תכנון מקומי, ובזמן המלחמה שרת ביחידה טכנית בחזית האיטלקית. ב-1919 הציג בתערוכה בווינה, שם פגש את גרטה וולף אשר הציגה גם היא בתערוכה והם נישאו. בשנים 1920-1921 השתתף בתכנון בנין הפרלמנט בבלגרד. ב-1924 עלה לארץ ישראל.
