I am the youngest of 5 siblings, the others being a lot older than me. I was born at Camden NSW, as there was no public hospital in Campbelltown then. I've lived most of my life in Campbelltown, except for a couple of years in Wagga Wagga. I still live in Campbelltown and I used to work in Sydney as an Emergency Service Answer Point agent (ESAP) also known as a 000 operator. I was also an OSA there, which means I sometimes supervised the centre, running the desk while the Team Managers did their work. I also occasionally ran the shifts by myself with support from other OSAs. I have now resigned from that job to be a full time carer for my Mum. I also started my own genealogy business which I've just started getting jobs from.

Through my mother Joan's paternal side I am a direct descendant of convicts from the First, Second and Third Fleets. On her side my ancestry is English, Scottish, Irish, Welsh and a little African. On my Dad Fred's side it is English, Scottish and Irish, no convicts on any of his lines as far as I know. I've managed to trace back a decent amount on most of my lines but am stuck at the moment, especially on my Moore side. I do research for friends to feed my genealogy addiction.
