Cemetery Info: LaRue/Gammon Cemetery: Located on Cunningham Road in North Knox County. The cemetery is located about 100 feet North of the road beside Walnut Hill Dog Kennels and across from the intersection of Cunningham Road and Ferndale Drive. There are six graves here with readable markers, but evidence of at least seven others exist on the site. The cemetery is on property that once belonged to Harris Gammon Senr. A Revolutionary War Veteran who located in this valley before 1800. The cemetery was copied by Robert McGinnis in March 1980 and rechecked, photographed and mapped in February 1994.
