OBITUARY, Lewis L. Neve
Lewis L., son of Roxy and Samuel Neve II was born in Juneau County, Near Manstin, Wisconsin, september 3, 1873, and went to his Heavenly Reward at the Carothers Hospital in Broken Bow, Nebraska, June 24, 1951, aged 77 years, 9 months and 21 days, this health having failed rapidly after tne death of his loving wife and companion in December, 1950.
His mother passed away when he was a small boy and he moved with his father to their homestead on the West Table, 14 miles West of Merma, in the fall of 1883. where he lived until he reached maurity and began farming for himself.
On November 13, 1899, he was united in marriage to Laura Mae Butler and for 51 years traveled their life's road together.
