Biography == Lewis was born after 1815. He is the son of Edward Sizemore and Loucinda Bowling. He passed away in 1873. He served first in the 5th Kentucky Mounted Infantry, CSA. After the 5th dissolved, Lewis enlisted again, this time with the 13th Kentucky Cavalry, CSA. He was an elderly soldier for his time, aged about 61 or 62 when he first enlisted. It has not been confirmed, but is said that his son Penny also served the Confederates. The Gearheart/Gayheart families were a slave owning family, and so was Penny John Sizemore, Lewis' son.
