Lieut. Robert Moore

Robert Moore served in the Union Army during the American Civil War in the 31st Illinois Infantry Regiment. He mustered in on 19 Sep 1861 in Cairo, IL with the rank of Private in Company E. He was promoted to Hospital Stewart and transferred to Headquarters. He was promoted to 2nd Lieutenant of Company E on May 20, 1862. He was dismissed on March 23, 1863.
