Lieutenant Colonel Henry Arthur Lascelles

Lt.-Col. Henry Arthur Lascelles was born on 4 December 1842.2 He was the son of Rt. Hon. William Saunders Sebright Lascelles and Lady Caroline Georgiana Howard.2 He married Caroline Maria Gore, daughter of Hon. Charles Alexander Gore and Lady Augusta Lavinia Priscilla Ponsonby, on 14 August 1883.1 He died on 29 July 1913 at age 70.2

Lt.-Col. Henry Arthur Lascelles fought in the Indian Mutiny.2 He fought in the Ashanti Campaign.2 He was invested as a Member, Royal Victorian Order (M.V.O.).1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the service of the Rifle Brigade.1 He lived at Woolbeding, Midhurst, Sussex, England.1
