LEVESQUE, Lillian (Cyr) Lillian (Cyr) Levesque, 83, of Manchester, beloved wife of the late Lawrence Levesque, died Monday, (September 5, 2005), at Manchester Memorial Hospital. Born December 7, 1921 in Oakland, ME to the late Solomon and Marie (Rossignol) Cyr, Lillian worked many years at G.Fox & Co. Dept. Store, then at Stanadyne Corp. from which she retired in 1986. Lillian will be deeply missed and the family would like to thank the staff of Manchester Manor for their loving care of Lillian. Lillian is survived by two sons, James of Rocky Hill, Larry of Manchester; a daughter-in-law, Joan of Manchester; a sister, Simone Corbin; two brothers, Patrick and Valmon Cyr; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by a son, Lee; three brothers and a sister. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, Sept. 8, 9 a.m. at The Church of the Assumption. 285 West Center St., Manchester. Burial will follow in Mt. St. Benedict Cemetery, Bloomfield. Calling Hours are 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 7, at The Newkirk & Whitney Funeral Home, 318 Burnside Avenue, East Hartford.
