GROVER MOTHER CALLED BY DEATH
A pall of sadness was cast over the community and especially the Grover ward last Tuesday when it became known that Mrs Lilly H. Hinck had passed away at her home in Grover. Mrs Hinck has been ill for more than a year, suffering from Dropsy and other complications. Mrs Hinck was 44 years of age last August having been born in Grover on August 24, 1889. She leaves a husband and seven children to mourn her loss, besides several brothers and sisters all of whom reside in the valley, besides an aged mother. Her children are: Velda, Glen, Wanda, Golda, Dora, Newel and Boyd Hinck, all of Grover. She also leaves her mother Mrs Caroline Nelson and the following brothers and sisters, Mrs Minnie Willamson of Afton; Henry, Mariner, Frank and Harvey Nelson of Grover. She lived in Grover all her life except a short time in Thayne. She was always a good worker in church affairs and was greatly loved and respected by all who knew her. The sympathy of the whole community is extended to her bereaved husband, Frank Hinck and her family. Funeral services will be held in Grover Friday at 1:00 p.m.
