Linda Webber Currier, 71, of the Marlow community of Clinton, died Friday, Sept. 22, 1995, at her home.
Mrs. Currier was a member of Poplar Creek Baptist Church in Marlow.
Born Dec. 17, 1923, in Anderson County, she was the daughter of Bill and Laura Smith Webber. She was retired from J.L. Hudson Company in Detroit, Michigan.
Mrs. Currier is survived by her husband of 53 years, Earl Currier; three sisters, Margaret Webber Cruze of Knoxville, Shirley Durnil of Ferndale, Mich., and Ruby Mellinger and her husband, Dennis of Hazel Park, Mich., a brother and his wife, Oscar and Ruby Webber of Clinton; several nieces and nephews, including Pam Lovett and Randy Lovett, and grandniece, Casey Lovett, and grandnephew, Randy Lovett Jr.; and by several sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.
A sister, Sarah Kelly, and six brothers, Arthur, Fair, Billy, Hobert, Harrison and Don Currier, died earlier.
The funeral was at 2 today, Sept. 25, in the chapel of Cox Funeral Home in Lake City with the Rev. Luke Kidwell officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Cemetery in Clinton.
