Linda Henery (1960 - 2009)
Brief overview:
Linda (49) was tied up and beaten to death in her daughters home in Noordheuwel, Krugersdorp on 17th January 2009. Linda, who lived in Kroonstad was visiting her daughter (also Linda 26), and while they were watching television, three males, armed with firearms and a knife, invaded the home.
A few days earlier, Linda senior had received a call from an anonymous person, and she was told that if she knew what was good for her, she would f*** **f out of Kroonstad.
Once inside the house, the attackers made the women lay down in a bedroom, and threw a bedcover on top of them. One of the robbers made Linda junior take them to the safe, and when she got back to the bedroom with water for her mother, she saw that her arms were bound with a belt. She had been beaten, and her face was severely swollen.
When the attackers left Linda junior managed to press the alarm, and went back to her mother she saw bloody froth coming out of her mouth, she turned her mother on her side and wiped it off. She then saw how swollen her mother's whole body was.
The family was deeply concerned as two of Henery snr's sisters have since also received strange calls and SMSes.
