About Liu Zhi 劉摯

Liu Zhi 劉摯 [8089] Posthumously purged as Yuanyou coalition member. Qi's [3583] father. According to his funerary inscription for Chen Xiaobiao's wife, born Li, she was the wife of Zhi's mother's brother, which means that Liu Zhi's father was the son-in-law of Chen Xiaobiao's father. Affinal relation of Tian(1) Ziliang [1619]. Xiang(2) Ziyin [715] was the father-in-law of Zhi's grandson and Qi's son, Changfu [3581]. Xiang(2) Ziyin's [715] grandson-in-law, Liu(2) Xun [3593], was Zhi's great grandson. Qi's sons and Zhi's other descendants had moved to Linjiang, Qingjiang xian with the fall of the Northern Song. Liu(2) Changli [3582], the son-in-law of Cai(1) Kang's [1653] grandnephew, Fan [3857], had the same generational name as Zhi's grandsons and Qi's sons. Liu(2) Qi composed Cai(1) Fan's funerary inscription. Zhi's sixth generation descendant, Liu(2) Zhensun [3591], was Guangdong tiju in 1255 and was Wei(5) Liaoweng's [4001] son-in-law.
