Clemmer.-Lizzie K., daughter of the late Enos and Sarah (Kulp) Moyer, died at her home in Souderton, Pa., Oct. 18, 1947; aged 72 y. 8 m. 10 d. She had been bedfast since December, 1946, when she suffered a stroke. Another stroke several weeks preceding her death brought on her rapid decline. She was a native and lifelong resident of the Souderton district. With her husband, Michael R. Clemmer, she united with the Souderton Mennonite Church in the second year of their marriage. In her earlier years she was a primary teacher in the Souderton Mennonite Sunday School, where the teaching at that time was entirely from the German Bible. The prayer circles around her bed during the past year have strengthened many a young Christian. Surviving are her husband, 2 sons (Willis and Lester, both of Souderton), 2 daughters (Lillian-Mrs. Elmer Detweiler; Esther-Mrs. Russell Musselman, both of Souderton), one half sister (Mrs. Paul Allebach, Souderton; one half brother (Jacob M. Moyer, Souderton, Pa.), 10 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren. One stillborn son preceded her in death. A short funeral service was conducted at the Hunsicker Funeral Home, Souderton, Pa., Oct. 22, by Wilson R. Moyer. Further services were held at the Souderton Mennonite Church, in charge of Elmer M.
