Lomie R Esh

- Died of a massive stroke in Phoenix, AZ - Kanagy, Lomie R., daughter of John M. and Anna (Wise) Esh, was born at Belleville, Pa., Aug. 16, 1909; died of a massive stroke at Phoenix, Ariz., Mar. 4, 1985; aged 75 y. On June 24, 1937, she was married to Amandus Kanagy, who survives. Also surviving are 4 sons (Jay, Gerald, Jonathan, and Fred), one daughter (Donella ), 2 brothers (Ira and Orie Esh), and one sister (Allie-Mrs. Harvey Kanagy). She was a member of Grace Mennonite Church. Funeral services were held at Allensville Mennonite Church on Mar. 9, in charge of Paul Bender and Mark Peachey; interment in Locust Grove Mennonite Church.
