Lorenzo Renzo Gazzari (Hvar, 1907. – Firenca, 1998.) je bivši talijanski nogometaš.

Nastupao je od 1927. do 1928. za splitski Hajduk sa kojim je osvojio Prvenstvo Jugoslavije u nogometu 1927. godine. Kasnije odlazi u Trst, u U.S. Triestina Calcio. Zatim odlazi u Fiorentinu, pa u A.S. Casale Calcio. Godine 1944. okončava karijeru u klubu A.C.D. Asti.

Za B reprezentaciju Italije odigrao je tri utakmice.

Bavio se i tenisom, te je bio teniski trener.

Lorenzo Gazzari detto Renzo (Lesina, 7 gennaio 1907 – Firenze, 1998) è stato un calciatore italiano, di ruolo terzino sinistro.

Conosciuto maggiormente come terzino sinistro, era comunque abile anche con il piede destro.

Giocò 152 partite con l'Hajduk Spalato tra il 1921 ed il 1928, vincendo il suo primo campionato nazionale nel 1927. Si trasferì poi, con suo fratello Otmar, a Trieste, giocando con l'Unione Sportiva Triestina Calcio, dove venne notato dagli osservatori della ACF Fiorentina. Nel 1930 si spostò a Firenze, collezionando anche 3 presenze nella Nazionale di calcio italiana B (la prima il 20 marzo 1932).

Alla fine della sua carriera si dedicò al tennis, diventando un insegnante di questo sport.

Lorenzo "Renzo" Gazzari (7 January 1907 in Hvar – 1998 in Florence) was an Italian football player.

He played a total of 152 matches for HNK Hajduk Split between 1921 and 1928, 10 of which in the Yugoslav Championship,[1] and helped the club win its first national championship in 1927. Next, he will move, along his brother Otmar to Trieste to play for U.S. Triestina Calcio where he'll be spotted by the AC Fiorentina´s scouts. He will continue his career in Florence where he will make an astonishing career becoming one of the most influential defenders of the club in the 1930s, and having caped three times for the Italian B national team. He was mostly known as left full-back, playing equally well with both of his legs. After ending his playing career, he dedicated to tennis, having become a tennis coach.
