NOTE: Lott Luttrell was not married to Molinda. There was an entirely different Lott Luttrell who married Molinda.
Biography
Lott Luttrell was born about 1761 in Fauquier County, Virginia. He was a son of Michael Luttrell and Dinah Unknown.
There is a Lott Luttrell (wife Susannah Rutherford) on the 1840 Morgan County, Illinois census, however, that Lott is the son of Richard C. Luttrell and Nancy Rains. Lott Luttrell's age bracket is marked age "40 to under 50" NOTE: There is a female [her given name is hard to read] Luttrell recorded two spaces below Lott Luttrell, her age is recorded "20 to 30" SOURCE: (https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:XHBD-ZKK)
Lott married Sarah Breeding on 12 June 1802 in Adair County, Kentucky.[1]
Lot Luttrell received a grant of 200 acres on Goose Creek in Lincoln County, Kentucky on 29 February 1799.[2]
Lott is listed with his siblings, Nathan and Rodham Luttrell, in Lincoln County, Kentucky on the Kentucky, Tax Lists, 1799-1801,"Second Census" of Kentucky 1800, as of 23 August 1800. Other family members are in Green County, Kentucky. [3]
Research Notes
"Lott Luttrell" (no middle initial identified) is identified a son (named as a beneficiary for 120 acres of land) of Michael Luttrell Sr., of Fauquier County, Colony of Virginia, husband of Dinah Luttrell, in Michael Sr's last Will. [4]
Lott is believed to have died near Dunnville, Kentucky. Some of his children went to Cannon and Warren County, Tennessee.
Witness on Deed: Francis Barrett to Rhoda Literal - Patrick County, Virginia. Recorded January 9, 1792.
Brothers Michael and Lott, sold land in Patrick County, Virginia on September 24, 1794. John and Rodham also sold land at this time.
