Appeared on the census between 1703 and 1705 in Baltimore Co., MD. The Tax Record between 1703 and 1705 in MD Tax List Census. He owned on 13 Mar 1712/13 in Deed for transfer of land to head of Bush R. to Richard Deaver.. He died on 24 April 1733. He signed a will in 1731 in Hall of Records, Annapolis, MD (Volume #20, PP.#350-352). He was a in Carpenter. Three oldest sons, along with Samual, Elizabeth, and Mary are mentioned in the will of John Deaver. Names and dates of six younger children are from Vestry Records of St. John's and St. George's Churches in the Maryland Historical Society.
