Lucille Carol (Knutson) Gorham, 96, passed away on February 22 at Dow Rummel Village in Sioux Falls. Lucille was born on July 29, 1918 on a farm in Ute, Iowa to Chris and Leona Knutson.She married Kenneth Gorham on October 13, 1938 in Soldier, Iowa. They lived and farmed in the Dunlap, Iowa area.Preceding her in death were her parents; husband Kenneth; 4 brothers Vernon, Clayton, Harlan and William; and one sister Marcedus.She is survived by two children: Janet (Bill) Oldham, Sioux Falls, Gary (Audrey) Gorham, Dunlap, Iowa; one sister Vivien Knutson, Dunlap, Iowa; two sisters-in-law Judie Knutson, St. Louis, Missouri and Agnes Knutson, Cookeville, Tennessee. Four grandchildren: Denise (Stewart) Judy, Ozark, Missouri, Kristine Randall, Sioux Falls, Chad (Carrie Grady) Gorham, Dunlap, Iowa, Steven Carlisle, Denver, Colorado; and 10 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held on February 27th at St. John Lutheran Church in Dunlap, Iowa.
