OBITUARY: MRS. EDWARD COOPER--Mrs. Lucille Cooper, 69, of 209 Ave. I, wife of Edward L. Cooper, died at 7:15 p.m. Wednesday in a local hospital after an extended illness. Services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Friday at the Pentecostal Church of God, 601 H, with the Rev. Charles Ledbetter, pastor officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Gardens under direction of Becker Funeral Home.
Born and reared in Kentucky, Mrs. Cooper came to Lawton 28 years ago from Texas. She was married in March 1941 in Lawton. Survivors include her husband; three stepsons, John Cooper of Elk City, Raff Cooper of 1318 Bessie, and Fritz K. Cooper of 2212 36th, and one stepdaughter, Louise Cooper of Fort Supply.
